Home and Well is a collaborative project between local Citizens Advice services, utility companies and NHS Trusts to help vulnerable residents from Hampshire and the Isle of Wight live safely and comfortably in their homes, particularly after returning home from a stay in hospital.

Home and Well Advisers provide support such as help with benefits, fuel poverty and/or utility debts, making sure their clients are on the best water tariff or signing them up to the Priority Services Register which ensures vulnerable people receive additional support when there is a power cut or water shortage. Advisers also signpost to other relevant local services that may provide additional support to the client.

If you need advice about support from utility companies then please contact our advice team.  If you’re a professional who’d like to know more about the Home and Well collaboration please email us on contact@cawinchesterdistrict.org.uk
