Citizens Advice Winchester District is a small, independent, local charity with a dedicated paid staff team of just over 11 full-time equivalent staff including our Core Management Team.  The team works closely with our dedicated Trustee board, who bring a variety of experiences, skills and backgrounds.

Our Management Team

Dr Sue Campbell, Chief Executive

Sue joined Citizens Advice Winchester District as Chief Executive in January 2020. Sue is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the charity and works closely with the trustee board to deliver our charitable objectives. She leads the management team and is also the lead on equality, diversity and inclusion.

Louise Walton, Business Development Manager

Louise joined Citizens Advice Winchester District as our Business Development Officer in June 2021. Louise takes responsibility for our fundraising initiatives and management of our funded projects. She also oversees our charity communications and publicity as well as our partnership and outreach programmes.

Michelle Preston, Office Manager

Michelle has been our Office Manager since 2016 and has overall responsibility for our office facilities and the charity’s administration. She also takes the lead on IT, Human Resources, Health and Safety and Data Protection.

Ally Chatterley, Operations and Training Manager

Ally oversees the management and development of our advice services including both our core generalist advice and our specialist projects. Ally also oversees the recruitment and training of all new advice volunteers and the ongoing training of our existing volunteers. Ally has been with Citizens Advice Winchester District since 2013 and became our Operations and Training Manger in 2021.
