Our volunteer receptionists are the first point of contact for most of our clients who come and see us in person. The receptionist welcomes these clients in, helps explain the services available to them and supports the running of our walk-in advice service.

Skills and commitment: Calm, friendly and approachable and able to commit to half a day a week.
