Citizens Advice Winchester District is seeing an increasing number of people who, for one reason or another, find digital access difficult and as a result this has lead to undue delay, stress, financial hardship or complete exclusion from services all together.
To try and gain a better understanding of why people are digitally excluded we have compiled a short online survey which can be completed on behalf of someone who finds digital access difficult.
